Seriously, I did my normal twenty visits to DailyKos today at work, trying to avoid staring blankly at my screen that was beckoning me back to the bathroom/kitchen/deck/idontreallycare remodel that was crying for attention and I realized that only four people had visited the site since my last visit. So, here is my question. Where is everybody? Comments are down, diaries are sluggishly dripping down the screen. Are people on vacation? Are you people saving comments for Thursday when you will unleash them upon a world hungry for progressive thought?

Feed the muse, tell me where you are so I can be thankful that the community of Dailykos exists.

OK, just like I fill out my NCAA brackets, I am going to call it. Some of this is based on polls, other on guts and wishes...Kerry gets - WA-11, OR-7, CA-55, NM-5, NV-5, HI-4, MN-10, IA-7, IL-21, WI-10, ME-4, NH-4, VT-3, NY-31, PA-21, RI-4, MA-12, CT-7, NJ-15, DE-3, MD-10, DC-3, MI-17 and finally, CO-4 for a grand total of 273. Yes, I know NV and WI are a bit of a stretch, as is PA but hey, its a feeling. I think shrub is gonna get FL and OH.
