Over the past 8 months the administration continues to launch trial baloon storylines to go all-in and invade Iran. This seems to be the insane Neo-con wet dream.October suprise and Control of the Oil.  The first try was right before the last NIE report came out and it sure seemed like it was inevitable.

But then something odd happened...reality went off script and much to the chagrin of Dick Cheney, every single thing he was asserting was contradicted by the actual Intelligence agencies. It was a complete shut out.The public and congress seemed to understand the administration was mistaken. Well, they solved that problem by not letting the public see the next NIE.

This is going to be fairly brief.
Many people seem to be losing their composure and starting to panic. I thought this glaring scoreboard might help settle some nerves. This will not be an in depth analysis of the microtrending electorate in  east wherethefukawi, Indiana and the devastation to Barack's campaign caused by the garden gnome sex tape. I know. It was horrid and game changing, but for the love of God people, can we just try to get past it and look at 4th quarter score? The scoreboard in my title beats the hell out of the Barack on Fox^TM countdown clock. Could some Frontpager make a widget with this running score? It is simple and it explains it pretty well.

There is a new round  of mortar fire from Camp Clinton. She has decided that the election will be born a bastard if things don't go her way with Florida and Michigan. I have encountered a great many issue trolls recently.I believe that many of them may be under the direction of various campaigns. They use circular arguments and cut and pasted talking points and links to "conspiracy" websites or smear articles...

Guess what stories fell off the News cycle radar with masterful timing yesterday. "GEORGE BUSH VETOES A BILL OUTLAWING WATERBOARDING."
ör possibly "Bloodiest day in Iraq" or.."American  Congress and Public completely zones out and forgets about FISA legislation."
There is a lot we are being distracted from. What stories really matter right now? Dana Perino noted recently "I can't remember the last time someone asked me about Iraq."
