DailyKos seems to have done fairly well recently in dealing with negative diaries. There just aren't that many anymore. I am proud to say that this community has moved beyond Primary frustration and are focusing more important things such as Bush's personal approval for torture, global warming, and debunking right-wing smears about the Democratic presidential nominee instead of resorting to lowly attack diaries.

However, the same cannot be said for DailyKos' sister, or "blogfather", site.
