Hans von Spakovsky Withdraws from FEC nomination!

Hans von Spakovsky, Bush's embattled nominee for the Federal Election Commission, has withdrawn his name from consideration.
This just broke over the AP SFGate
Bush "reluctantly accepted" von Spakovsky's request, the White House said.
