DEBUNKER: "Kerry voted for the War" Claim
Thu Oct 28, 2004 at 11:25:35 PM PDT
This one comes from the White House archives. There's just no way that conservatives can spin this one:
http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2002/10/20021007-8.html
BUSH: Later this week, the United States Congress will vote on this matter. I have asked Congress to authorize the use of America's military, if it proves necessary, to enforce U.N. Security Council demands. Approving this resolution does not mean that military action is imminent or unavoidable. The resolution will tell the United Nations, and all nations, that America speaks with one voice and is determined to make the demands of the civilized world mean something. Congress will also be sending a message to the dictator in Iraq: that his only chance -- his only choice is full compliance, and the time remaining for that choice is limited.
Ergo,
Bush lied when he said Kerry "voted for the war".

Kerry taking notes during Debate

Look familiar, anyone?
The Chimperor was faking note-taking, wasn't he? I didn't see a pen in his hand, even though he was going through the writing motions.
Bush Turtle Head Snap

Did anyone see Bush's head swivel around like a turtle / lizard? He made a hissing noise, too. He was PISSED.
Anyone have a video link?

The Kerry campaign has been producing a new ad every day.
The latest one borrows from Ronald Reagan's debate playbook: "There he goes again."

TANG Docs - Another consideration

One thing I have rarely seen in this debate about 'th' superscript and proportional fonts is the irregular spacing of the lines.
Observe this diagram of the document. The lines are uneven.
It is highly unlikely that a computer word processor would make these mistakes. These mistakes are more becoming of a typewriter than a computer.
These mistakes appear on the other documents as well.
