Can Kossacks tell me why we need a hearing on steriods? Fine, if you want to get rid of steriods and all but we have so many other important issues to deal with, why even bother holding hearings on steriods.

That's why Dems on Congress except for Sen Boxer are wimps. Waxman should use his limited power and resources on investigating Gannongate, SS, Iraq, Plamegate, Niger Forgeries etc...I can go on and on about things that Waxman can do. It may take years to finish the list though.

Whar Dems have to do now is talk about Bush and his adminsirtation , about the corruptions being perpetrated by Bush and Cheney. Corruption and misdeeds. Please Mr Waxman, stop your stupid idea.

We now have shenanigans going on in OH and I am not talking about proof of rigged election. I am talking about Katherine Blackwell and his band of machine makers who had fixed or potentially wiped out original vote counts by tempering with computers/tabulatrors.

I hope all Kossacks here write to Kerry and demand that he releases the fund. We need to file suits against Diebold, Triad and ESS for their attempts of erasing/fixing machines w/o proper authorization.

I really don't care if Kerry will join the suit but we need money to hire lawyers. I am sure there are plenty of attorneys who willing to file suits today.

Only through discoveries in court that we will find the truth. Speculation and imagination won't do it. I will settle for a class action suit.

I believe we need a class action suit. I wrote to Kerry about it. It is time for Kerry to release the legal fund because we all contributed to that fund. I am calling on all Kossacks to write to Kerry about this issue.

We don't need Kerry's lawyers , we just need the money for hiring lawyers.

We need to sue Diebold, ESS, states officials who approved these machines for use despite of several flaws. We can only request for documents with a lawsuit.

I worry about FL,OH and other states where the vote suppresion dirty tricks are happening in those states. Screw national polls, yes it would be nice if polls show Kerry ahead but it won't matter this year. The election will be decided at state level.

We have paper trails in Nevada unlike other states with voring machines so in case the votes are close, we can request a recount.

Hold on, I have a feeling it will be bumpy on Nov 2 and we may not know the winner that night.

Since I don't know if KE04 has offices in AR, it is good news. It was close in 2000 when Gore gave up on AR. I thought Clinton could have helped.

I checked ACT web site but it does not appear they have an army in AR like other critical states.

btw, I would stay away from Zogby polls at the moment because it seems he is experimenting with new polling schemes. I recalled Zogby called SD for Herseth by 9 points, correct me if I am wrong.

We have a local guy here in SF who is tracking polls and who accurately predicted the last 3 elections including the 2000 FL fiasco, he said AR is going to Kerry at the moment.

I also believe this is the first time a newspaper has directly challenged W's intellectual stupidity. All the media whores knew it but they could not bring themselves to saying it loud. We need a president who has a fully formed brain.

It seems the resentment is growing but slowly. The 9-11 attacks have indeed changed people's mind but for the worse. We wanted to kill the enemies. We wanted to avenge for 3000 deaths.

I have read many articles and many seem to tell most joined the army after 911 because they had lost a friend or family's member. Even Kerry himself said in recent interview on NYT he wanted to go fight the terrorists.

The tragic consequense is that Americans failed to see through the burning smokes what Bush's intentions were. Bush and Cheney were able to tap into the anger felt by many to launch an illegal war. And still Americans have not waken up yet, may still believe Iraq war is justified after 9-11.

If the soldiers accounts are correct, we are commiting war crimes in Iraq but who would dare to prosecute us ? We scream bloody murders when the towers fell on 9-11 but the Iraqis can't ?

Lets hope that Americans will soon wake up before casting their votes on Nov 2.

So we gave Israel 500 bunker-busting bombs and you know what that means. Israel will bomb Iran sometimes soon. Kerry could use Lugar and Hagel comments for his ads and for debates. You know Bush is stuck now with his optimistic view of whats going on in Iraq. I am sure Iraq subject will come up during the debates and the first debate is only a week away.

They even have a letter from a soldier in Iraq about Iraq's situation.

Evidences like this can only help Kerry in the final 5 weeks of the campaign. Economy won't do it, and Kerry can't convince voters that he is better than Bush on terrorism. Iraq is it.

We are at a point now, unless Bush gets caught in a lie, people don't believe that Bush is lying to them. A majority thinks Bush is honest, WTF.

Also Kerry's friends in the senate or House must help him. Bush must sign execcutive orders in order to mobilize the guards and they must give advanced notice to guardman when they must report for duty. If there is plan for a callup, the pentagon sure has it by now.

Am I missing something ? Bush has been using Kerry's vote on the 87bil bill as his most effective weapon to attack Kerry as a flip-flopper who did not care about the troops. It happened again yesterday when Bush spoke at ANG conference in NV.

Why has kerry not respond to Bush's lie? I don't understand it. As the SWB fiasco shows, if you don't respond to bogus lies, it tends to stick and it does hurt your credibility big time. It is mystifying to me.

Why can't Kerry say I supported the other bill which provide funding for body armors for our troops? Or say Bush threatned to veto the same bill he signed if the body armor money was added?
