Fox seems to have totally lost interest in the South Carolina Democratic primary.  They barely even took the opportunity to take a shot at Bill Clinton for his Obama/Jessee quote from today.  (Of course Pat Buchanan over on MSNBC still sees it as all about race - big surprise)

I've been puzzlng why the talk radio and t.v. repubs seem to hate McCain so much.  The main thing he seems to differ on the other repubs on is campaign finance and maybe "amnesty".  And maybe tax cuts though he's backed off of that.  Of course they hated Huckabee too and only laid off of him  cause he's sinknig so fast.

I think what we're seeing over there is that the "money" republicans are really starting to worry about the other members of their party (the oft touted "values" and "military" repubs) gaining a little independence.  In the end, it really is all about the money from them.  I think they'd rather see Romney even if they loose this year.

Looks like both parties may be facing some more internal fights for awhile longer.
