All right, so two lost and particularly clueless private pilots in an old-fashioned single-engine Cessna trigger a
red alert and an evacuation of the White House, Congress and Supreme Court.
Panic scenes (I'm not a journalist so I will just gloss over the orderly and calm part of the evacuations) and 4 aircraft, including two fighter jets sent to intercept the intruder.

Boeing Chief Executive fired over affair with colleague.

Boeing's board asked for, and received yesterday, the demission of the compagny President and Chief Executive Harry Stonecipher.
He got fired because he was having an affair with another Boeing executive. An inquiry was started after the "company's legal and ethics officials received anonymous information related to the matter" -- in other words, a denunciation. A statement released today by the company mentions:
The Board determined that his actions were inconsistent with Boeing's Code of Conduct. "The Board concluded that the facts reflected poorly on Harry's judgment and would impair his ability to lead the company," said Platt [the Board Chairman].
