The blogosphere may have some power these days, but the mainstream media is where most people turn.

Without some coverage there... we can never get justice for what has happened in New Orleans. I've written a press release and submitted versions of it to several release sites. I would like to take a minute and officially release it into the public domain. Feel free to copy this release, make any changes you feel are important, and submit a copy to any news agency you have access to. If we all take a moment and tap a reporter on the back, collectively we can get things changed.

I flipped thru the channels today. Found a guy that blatently said that all mental illness is really demonic possession.

You laugh.

But there are people that still believe that the sun revolves around the Earth. People that don't believe in the atom, think that all objectionable behavior is caused by demons.

I Remember...

I remember about 10 years ago being an artful conservative. Listening along with the likes of Rush Limbaugh and laughing in glee as the "Contract With America" promised new levels of self-reliance. Now I'm sitting here, in the middle of the afternoon, drafting a diary for the "evil liberal elitests." How times have changed. How I have changed.
