Integrity and Dissent
Mon Apr 17, 2006 at 08:13:50 PM PDT
In this ClarkCast Alert, General Clark speaks about the Generals who have recently called for Donald Rumsfeld's resignation. From firsthand experience in working with these men, General Clark discusses their integrity, their honor and the difficulties inherent in dissent as a retired military officer.
General Clark goes on to say:
""I think this country's on a road to nowhere under the leadership of President George Bush, and I'm incredibly encouraged that many others who have served in the United States Armed Forces with me see it also, because maybe we'll get through to the American people. This administration has to be changed. We've got to get America back on the right path for a secure future."

"It's the Republicans, stupid", says The National Review!

"The Abramoff Scandal (R., Beltway)
It's the Republicans, stupid.

Rich Lowry
Republicans are looking for "their" John McCain. The popular Arizona maverick is already a Republican, of course. But the GOP needs a McCain in the "Keating Five" sense. Back in 1990, Senate Democrats roped McCain into the scandal over savings and loan kingpin Charles Keating on tenuous grounds, just so not all the senators involved would be Democrats.
Don't you think we should throw "It's the Republican's, stupid", right back at them?

GIVE NO QUARTER! - SIX WORDS THAT DESCRIBE THE REPUBLICAN PARTY
Sat Oct 01, 2005 at 04:57:24 PM PDT
Give No Quarter!
Six Words That Describe the Republican Party
With the Republican's luxury liner taking on water, this is no time to hand them a bucket. Instead, we need to keep them from bailing. Below are 6 words to describe them and their agenda along with a few examples of their dastardly deeds. Use them broadly. Use them often. Say them over and over again. Add to them if you'd like and they will be updated from time to time. When we're sure they are firmly planted in American's minds, it will be time to reveal the Democrat's more positive agenda. I'd say in about 6 months.
Mike Coleman (mayor of Columbus)
Sat Sep 24, 2005 at 12:13:43 PM PDT
Mike Coleman (mayor of Columbus) is running for Governor of Ohio.
He's a terrific guy and would make a wonderful Governor (and he's a
rock-solid Clark supporter). Please take a few minutes and vote for
him in an online poll in one of the local papers in Ohio. We all know
how much a good Governor could help (particularly in OHIO).
Here's some instructions: (please note that Kenneth Blackwell
(currently republican Ohio Secretary of State) and Jim Petro
(currently republican Ohio AG) are winning this poll. They are both
hip-deep in the voting irregularities in OH last year).
1. Go To: http://www.timesreporter.com/record_os.php?osBrowser=NsPc6
http://tinyurl.com/c43zh
- Click "Vote" in the top right corner.
- Select Michael Coleman
I know these polls aren't scientific, but it would really mean a lot
for him to get a little buzz...
Thanks for helping out!
BREAST CANCER
Mon Jun 06, 2005 at 10:16:02 PM PDT
The Breast Cancer site is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily to meet their quota of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an underprivileged woman.
It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on
"Donating a mammogram" for free (pink window in the middle). This
doesn't cost you a thing. Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use
the number of daily visits to donate mammogram in exchange for
advertising.
Here's the web site! Pass it along to people you know.

THANK YOU!
