I noticed early today that my personal blog,  http://www.basetree.com/ , was getting an exceedingly large amount of traffic.

After checking my logs I noticed thousands of referrals from Google with the search term "love bush" and "I love bush" in them. Not being known as much of a George Bush lover, I thought that this was very strange.

It turns out that in one of my photo galleries I have several photos with I_Love_Bush as part of their name, and apparently Google's page rank likes my site. Here is the Google search:

When the unsuspecting Republican / Bush lover clicks on my Google photo the page they end up seeing welcomes them with "California Against Bush" and photos with titles like "[Bush] America is coming for you, "Impeach Bush," and "If you can read this you're not the president."

Now, of course, I am paying for the bandwidth so I am not sure this is such a good thing, however, it's worth it just to annoy celebrating Republicans.
