The idea to check on this possible domain came to me when hearing about the RNC registering many domains to prevent anyone else registering them to poke fun at St. McCain.
Quick diary, but through a tag and diary search, I have not yet seen an earlier entry.
Apparently, Michelle Malkin is still miffed at being called-out by Geraldo Rivera, and has made the decision to not host the O'Reilly Factor in the future.
More after the fold.
What happened Cha Chi? You made erudite observations back in your old SNL days. I don’t recall you deciding that the Executive branch was off limits to ridicule, nor do I remember you coddling one political party over another.
But yet, here you are again on FOX, helping O'Reilly whine about those mean nasty Democrats who won't do as he says. This time Dodd is the target. Dodd sandbagged O'Reilly when he defended his being at YKOS? O'Really?
And Dennis, you would be lucky to have Dodd as a guest.
It is on Crooks and Liars with a good discussionand here is a youtube:
If the youtube doesn't show for you, here is the link
I just caught part of Bush's speech today in Cleveland. My ears perked-up when he discussed health care, particularly with line:
"People have access to health care in America. After all, just go an emergency room." Bush
Hi, this is just a short informational diary, particularly for those in the L.A. area this July 4th
Ok, title is stupid, but it came first to mind after watching the "news" on CNN less than 1/2 hour ago.
Watch the video, more after the fold
I have not seen the "news" for a few days now. CNN, FOX, MSNBC have been covering one story (a very important one) to the near exclusion of all others.
I have been sick today and last night, so had the time to switch over to the various 24 hours "news" networks to see breaking news, that I would then get more in-depth info on the net. But this has not been the case. On CNN and NBC, there has been nothing in any instance that was not related to the Virginia Tech tragedy.
Either coverage of the memorial service (which makes sense), interviews with friends, interviews with roommates, interviews with mental health professionals, speaking with victim's families (which I find almost offensive...please leave them alone right now.) This is an important story with new details leaking out, but is there no time to cover other news as well?
After the SOTU broadcast on MSNBC, Rahm Emanual spoke with Chris Matthews and Keith Olbermann. Standard interview, but this exchange caught my attention. Chris asked what I thought was a very straightforward question about healthcare in response to Bush's proposal in the SOTU:
"Lemme ask you I don't get it...you know the president talks about tax cuts
for people to pay for insurance. It seems like if the government is going
to give away revenue so that insurance companies can insure people, why
doesn't the government just insure those people? It seems like instead of
spending money on healthcare, you are spending a lot more money on
insurance companies."
Rahm gave an answer, but it was not related to the question.
