Its not much of a diary, but when all I see of diaries are dead horse-beatings of our Democratic primary candidates and nothing of our problems continuing in Iraq I feel I need to point this "rumour" out.

With the resignation of Gen. Wliiliam Fallon a couple months ago, Defense Sec. Gates has now recomended Gen. Petraeus as his replacement for US CentCom, but as a new possible Democrat Presidency approaches do we really want Petraeus there?
