Edwards made the comment that there were homeless vets that were sleeping on grates and under bridges.  Bill O'Reilly poo-pooed this on his show with Big Eddie Schultz.  He said that if Ed could find one that he should notify Orally immediately.  Well there is quite a story and follow up.

Welcome to "1984" all over again.  Do you recall the 2005 Rethug Congress?  They passed "The REAL ID ACT" just for you.  Michael Chertoff is pushing ahead with this wonderful Act that will immediately effect those of you born after Dec. 1, 1964.

The ACLU and other Civil Liberty Groups oppose this Act as well as I do and I hope Kossacks do to.  This is looked on as an identity card. By 2014 you will not be allowed on a plane or enter a federal building without this compliant ID.

Rethugs pushed 9/11 as the reason US needs this act inspite of the fact that the ones who blew up the towers and flew the plane into the pentagon and into the ground in PA entered this country legally and were mostly Saudi's.  (I can't repeat this enough as the right wingers continue to use this as an excuse for the war in Iraq.)

What are you doing?  Are you paying attention to folks like the National Intelligence Director, Mike McConnel?  Hasn't the Bush administration destroyed enough of the rules, laws, Constitution, environment, Habeas corpus, etc.?  Now Mr. McConnel wants to change the FISA laws, he says to accomodate advances in technology.

No flip even.  Don't write diaries but have to ask where is the outrage over Pakistan?  Not from KOS.  Not from our Senate or Congress.  Not apparently from the American public.  This was an ACT OF War!!!  Lives again were lost due to poor intelligence.
