With deference to a diary yesterday by thereisnospoon on the Overton window...or moving the bar...It's past time to say this. Treason deserves the death penalty. more below....

I am not a lawyer so perhaps someone else can answer this question. When an attorney (who happens to be the attorney general of the United States) publicly argues that the Constitution of the United States no longer applies to the citizens of the United States.....is this not grounds for being disbarred ? I am serious. Are there any lawyers on here who can shed some light on this ? I've read that attorneys can be disbarred for stealing from their clients...Gonzales is stealing my fourth amendment rights from me...and he is supposed to be working for me, a citizen of these United States !
