Why I will choose McCain over Hillary

Sat Mar 08, 2008 at 09:52:34 AM PDT

It isn't that I believe that McCain will make a better President.

A candidate that uses lies and manipulation will also govern that way. If she is allowed to take the Presidency, her willingness to lie and manipulate, combined with the difficult economic and foreign policy road that lies ahead, will not only destroy her, but also destroy the Democratic party.

Her complete unwillingness to admit error, even in the face of overwhelming evidence, will leave her with an even lower approval rating than Bush, given the grave economic future that we face.

Barack Obama doesn't want to be her V.P.    No kidding.

The cowardice of the Clintons

I don't question their determination, but the one thing that the Clintons have never been willing to do is trust the American people. The problems that we face will never be solved until we have a President who has the courage to really do that.

ted kennedy brought tears to my eyes today

I've always admired Ted Kennedy and I would be hard pressed to find someone who works harder for the American people but I've never really had an emotional connection to him....but as he walked onto the stage in San Marcos, TX today I felt this strange moisture rolling down my cheeks.

you haven't boiled the hope out of me yet

I am incredibly amused by recent diaries and articles that speak of the "creepy" intensity of "cult" support for Barack Obama.

Concern about the Obama candidacy....

It really surprises me.

laying claim to America

A fierce battle all the way to the convention is the best thing that could have ever happened to the Democratic party.
