When we have a dispute with a landlord or service provider, we can place payment into an escrow account. The money is encumbered and reserved for payment to the adversarial party, on completion of all court actions. Unless they lose. Then, they are out that payment.
President Junior, has decided to force the issue. The telcoms do not currently have immunity, and we have standing to proceed against them in court. Here's the key, from the Reuters story:

Will this charcter be used again? As the boomers gray and the economy sinks, Boomers will become the old hippies and bikers who didn't have a 401K or a nest egg. Skids looks like the next generation of Kentucky Colonel that might be hanging out with a militia group, or being used in a drug deal by Uncle Duke.

It's hard to imagine the White House scraping any lower to find a replacement for Karl Rove. They hired Barry Jackson, an admitted burglar.

Yikes. I didn't hear about this before. How did tyhis not get spotted by someone in MN and posted, somewhere?
