The online campaign to oust Sen. Joe Lieberman is getting attention in CT.  This article was prominently displayed in the Hartford Courant (one of the, if not the, biggest newspaper in CT).

"The feeling was out there," Crane said during a recent chapter meeting of Drinking Liberally, a pro-Democrat meeting group in New Haven. "I started the website and started going to Democratic events to put the notion in everyone's ear that it was OK to say what you mean about Joe, that it's OK to say, `Joe's not acting like a good Democrat.'"

This is a great Letter to the Editor about intelligent design.

I suggest that those who advocate teaching intelligent design in public schools voluntarily refrain from using modern antibiotics. Because they do not accept the reality or centrality of evolution, the form of penicillin first used clinically in 1941 should be adequate for their family's medical needs. My prediction is that in a few generations the question of teaching religious views in public schools will be moot - who would be left to make the argument?

The biggest lie perpetrated on the American public.  No, its not Nixon lying to us about his involvement in Watergate.  No, its not Bush lying about weapons of mass destruction.  But, it does result in as many Americans dying every month as in the entire Iraq war to date.  In fact, it results in the deaths of nearly 30,000 Americans every year.

It is the NRA's claim that the Second Amendment guarantees an unrestricted right to own a gun.  This claim, is unfounded, and completely false.

The lies are overwhelming...
