Looks like the Repblicans are sharpening their claws just waiting to get a go at Obama.  According to the Los Angeles Times latimes story today, they are collecting donations for just the type of ads that sunk John Kerry's candidacy.  It won't be Mcain doing the attacking either but another faceless Swiftboat campaign.

Death penalty advocates Rep. Dan Lungren (R-Gold River) and Sen. Jon Kyl (R-Ariz.) led a successful effort to include language in the Patriot Act last year that let the attorney general, rather than judges, decide whether states were ensuring death row inmates had adequate legal representation.

The Los Angeles Times ran an article today on Andy Schlafly the creator of Conservapedia.  Apparently Andy wasn't happy that the Wikipedia page a home school student used for an assignment did not reference the New Testament in the dates.  Making Wikipedia a tool of liberal bias.  Thus he created "Conservapedia". http://www.latimes.com/...
