Hillary supporters have been saying this from day one -- your guy is untested and unvetted, and last night he clearly proved that he cannot handle any media that isn't in the tank for him like MSNBC and to some extent CNN.

The kid gloves came off, he faced the EXACT type of questions that republicans will attack him with, and guess what? He CRUMBLED. Big time.

Truthfulness is a very important quality to me in any candidate. It has always been for me, but the last 7 years of the Bush presidency have made it even more so. The last thing we need is another president that has no problem looking us in the eye and lying to us.

One of the things I would tell my son as I raised him was to be wary of people that tried to convince him about something using lies. I told him that if somone lied to him to try to convince him of something that was a SURE sign that their argument didn't hold water. No one lies when the truth would serve their purpose just as well.

Obama supporters have apparently changed their political stripes and instead of mocking right wing political rags such as the Politico they are now quoting them. Why? Because they say Hillary Clinton should drop out of the race. The formerly mocked Mark Halperin has apparently become an overnight genius as well for saying the same. Funny that.

Strange that many Obama supporters can't seem to figure out why such traditionally conservative friendly journalists suddenly make the most excellent of bedfellows. It's actually not rocket science. We are on day 11 of Pastorgate, with no end in sight, where we discovered that Barack Obama's actions are pretty much the opposite of what he preaches.

Markos -- please grow up!

Daily Kos has become a joke, even on the national news, as a result of immature Obama supporters using hide ratings / troll rating in order to "dissapear" comments by Clinton supporters, thread jacking, and other behavior more commonly associated with a 6 year old child than with adults.

I'm well aware that Markos also dislikes Clinton, and prefers Obama, but one would expect more from the site's founder than allowing this type of behavior. I was extremely disappointing to see his flip comments about HRC supporters "striking" and leaving the blog instead of continuing to put up with this abuse.

There is a particular caution that Clinton likes to remind voters about, and that is speeches and words are to not equal actions. Dreams are great, hopes are wonderful -- but actions do, undoubtedly, speak much louder.

In Clinton's own words:

"We all carry dreams in our hearts, and we need to keep dreaming. Dreaming keeps us hopeful; it lifts our spirits; it sets our sights high," she said. "Without dreams we can't aspire to be great. But without action we cannot turn those dreams into reality."

And she's right. It's one thing to say we should do something -- flowery speeches about hopes and dreams and change sound pretty good even when they are coming from the lips of a politician. But where is the walk that is supposed to accompany the talk with Obama?

Let's see what the Obama campaign says about putting words in to action.

Obama likes to talk about how his judgment is so good and that Clinton's is poor. But you have wonder about the judgment of a man that would spend 20 years attending the church of a preacher that apparently despises America. Yes, Obama will go on every news show tonight that will have him and claim that he denounces and rejects Pastor Wright, but the fact is that he has praised him in his own books as a man that has been an influential mentor to him.

The senator "affirmed" his Christian faith in this church; he uses Wright as a "sounding board" to "make sure I'm not losing myself in the hype and hoopla." Both the title of Obama's second book, The Audacity of Hope, and the theme for his keynote address at the Democratic National Convention in 2004 come from Wright's sermons. "If you want to understand where Barack gets his feeling and rhetoric from," says the Rev. Jim Wallis, a leader of the religious left, "just look at Jeremiah Wright."

And thus the party is split. The netroots is not just overwhelmingly FOR Obama, they are equally against HRC. Should a poor soul wander into a place like this and state any support for Clinton or in any fashion not bow down to the GOD Obama they are swarmed with insults and hate filled posts. Yes, we must bow down to the GOD Obama or we will be shouted down en masse. And we must accept the constant 24/7 sexist attacks against Clinton by your candidate, the media, and his supporters.

And thus the party is split. HRC voters are told "we don't need you" -- your vote is not important to us. I hope they all take you up on that in November should he win the nomination. Yes, the great uniter's supporters have divided us.

Never mind that most of us that don't support Obama have been dedicated democrats our entire adult lives. Never mind the fact that most of us have principled reasons why support HRC and do not support Obama. Whatever the reason don't support Obama our voices must be drowned out.

Update!!! My mistake -- Until I read the comments I just plum forgot that Obama is a demi-god and every policy out of his mouth is from the lips of the messiah. So by God, if wants to raise raise social security taxes on single wage earner households even though we all know damn well it is never going to be used for social security, then our duty is to stand up and salute like good little soliders. The policies of Obama MUST NOT be questioned.

Is this what we have to look forward to if he wins? I think we found our party's George Bush and his followers.

I received an email at 7:06 PM PST time last night with the following message:

"Right now, we have an opportunity to influence who our next president is —3.2 million MoveOn members together. When we surveyed over 200,000 MoveOn members yesterday to see if we should go forward with an endorsement process, a big majority said "yes."

My first question is when did this supposed survey take place? What were the results? Why don't you publish them?

What business does Move On have taking sides in a Democratic primary? They claim to represent all Democrats, but apparently that isn't so. Did it ever occur to Move On that their "endorsement" might be seen as harmful in the general election to our candidate?

Secondly, I had until 11 AM EST to cast my ballot. So if I didn't read my email between 7 PM PST and 8 AM PST my vote doesn't get counted right? And that, of course, would explain why roughly 7% of their membership of voted, now wouldn't it?
