Can we stop the insanity please?

How in the world is "nothing actually happened" news?

How is "the cops did their job" news?

Cops protect us everyday, that is their job, so why is this surprising ,or even news? I'll tell you, because as many of us know, this is nothing but fear mongering.

You can't tell me that releasing this news right after a huge win for the anti war movement, and just before a huge Hollywood 911 movie release is just happen stance. Since in reality NOTHING HAPPENED, the system is working.

What do you call a man who attacks his own country?
What do you call a man who attempts to burn and destroy hundreds of ships?
What do you call a man who attempts to kidnap people with the hopes of a later prisoner exchange or ransom?
What do you call a man who in historians words "terrorized" an entire coastal region?

Daily Kos will not give out your information to any third parties. Period.

Let me start out saying KOS has a GREAT privacy policy, however I wonder how long that will be allowed to last.

See, the other night the congress basically did away with all our rights as US citizens with regards to the internet.
Of course the US public with help from the media was/is totally unaware once again.
