I am a long time reader of Daily Kos and this is my first post, mainly because you all do a much better job and I work too damn much!

Here is what we need to be thinking tonight, and I know some of this has been touched on already...

Palin's speech will be received with much ado and gushing praise from the media. No doubt in my mind. It is a setup and without the gushing praise this race turns into USC/Virginia real quick.

We need to focus on McCain and four more years of the McSame.

Votes are what matter.

One of my favorite lines from the Usual Suspects: "Then he showed those men of will what will really was."

They cannot stop the tide if we keep it coming. I for one am getting off my ass and doing something about it, finally going to volunteer until I can't volunteer anymore. I am tired of rhetoric and disdain for America.

Let's show Republicans what will really is and take back our country!
