Good evening everyone. Hope everyone's having a great holiday. I don't think many there's been a TDS/TCR thread once this week, but I'm currently free and if anyone wants to chat, let's chat!

According to the Comedy Central schedule, there are repeats of TDS/TCR tonight, with the Ray LaHood episode of The Daily Show and the Alicia Keys episode of The Colbert Report. I highly recommend watching the Alicia Keys performance, since Stephen does a great "suburban rap". I think I've watched that video 10 times.

Anyway, we're running a little late, so let the chatting begin (or not)!

Another night with no thread, and since I just happen to be hanging out and writing a blog for a different website, why not write up tonight's TDS/TCR Open Thread too? Sure, it's Thanksgiving, the thread is 15 minutes later than usual, and there's no Daily Show or Colbert Report to talk about, but that's why it's called an Open Thread!

Talk about whatever you want. I'll be around. And Lewis Black has a comedy special on right now. I've seen it several times already, but if you haven't, watch it and chat with us here!

Well, it's ten minutes into the show and I don't see a diary yet, so here we go!

I have no idea who the guests on the repeats are tonight, but stick around if you wanna chat about the shows or anything else. Just gonna relax on the day before Thanksgiving.

I think someone will be posting tomorrow night, but if there's no diary, then I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday with lots of amazing food. But also remember that there are lots of people in the world who would give a limb for a whole turkey (or tofurkey, if you prefer).

It's that time of year again. The American Cancer Society is doing it's annual "Relay for Life", a walkathon used to raise money for their organization's many pursuits. This is my second year participating in the Relay. Last year, I posted diaries (and was mentioned in Cheers and Jeers) about my fundraising. Kossacks donated over $300 to my fundraising page last year. This year, however, is different...

UPDATE 9:48EST: Wow! Thanks to everyone who has donated and/or given their support so far! I'm only $50 away from my goal of $200! Will I be able to reach that goal tonight?
