Does this look like a man in the prime of health to you?

More from Blundell today:
…Let’s start with the visuals. Trump appeared winded, slouched, and listless, struggling to maintain his balance and breath as he addressed the press. He wore golf cleats—yes, golf cleats—on the lawn and kept a white Trump cap firmly on his head. And for good reason: close-up photos captured what appears to be a medical dressing or patch on the back of his neck, partially obscured by his collar. Combine that with a bruised, discolored right hand that looked like it belonged to a cadaver and not a commander-in-chief, and the red flags (and flagpoles) were flying.
But the true spectacle came from Trump’s mouth.
"Any Illegal Immigrants Here?"
In one of the most surreal moments of the press event, Trump turned around to the construction crew that had just finished installing the new flagpoles and asked, "Do we have anybody here who's a member of – no, I don't think so... Any illegal immigrants?" The stunned workers stared ahead silently as Trump added, "They’ll destroy these people. I didn’t want to tell them that before they stood up. Don’t worry, I think you’re gonna be OK."
Journalists stood there dumbfounded. Was he trying to make a joke? A threat? Was this a live reenactment of a Breitbart comment thread? Either way, it came off as cruel, paranoid, and utterly bizarre.

Writing at Substack, Dean Blundell had this several days ago:
…Washington insiders and observers abroad alike are whispering about the 79-year-old president’s noticeably limited public schedule in 2025, his rare forays onto the world stage, and even whispers of incontinence. What might once have been dismissed as fringe chatter has gained traction through credible accounts and viral evidence – from photos at a June UFC event to remarks by former aides – raising pointed questions about Trump’s vitality as he prepares to meet other world leaders. The conversation is no longer confined to internet gossip; it’s spilling into mainstream discourse in a way that the Trump White House is finding impossible to ignore.
Serious Speculation of Declining Health
The thesis underlying these discussions is straightforward: President Trump may be in significant physical decline, and his aides are keenly aware of it. This is not idle tabloid fare but a collage of well-sourced rumors and first-hand accounts that, taken together, paint a troubling picture. The pattern is hard to ignore – a sharp drop-off in Trump’s once-ubiquitous public appearances, hints of mobility and continence issues, and conspicuous adjustments in how he engages with the press and peers. In short, many are asking whether the commander-in-chief, who once boasted about marathon trips abroad, is now struggling to meet the physical demands of the presidency.

While Blundell, a Canadian former shock jock and currently a podcaster may not have the pedigree of a mainstream journalist, that does not mean what he is writing about can be casually dismissed.
Certainly, it appears US media has a definite bias on reporting about health issues when it comes to Democrats vs. Republicans. Remember when Hillary Clinton had a fainting episode while sick with a virus, and the press was all over that?
In his second term Reagan was reported to be falling asleep at cabinet meetings, and was later reported to be suffering from Alzheimer’s — after leaving office. There’s also the toll the assassination attempt took on him after he was seriously wounded. All glossed over at the time.
Do I really need to discuss the way the media has obsessed over Biden’s health? Heck — every time he mis-spoke a word or a name the press was all over it.
Compare and contrast with the way the media sanewashes everything Trump says — and that the White House has stopped making transcripts of his remarks available. His ‘Truth’ Social lies are still available — and totally unhinged. They alone are sufficient evidence of his mental unfitness.
He just messaged about the war with Iran, as though the U.S. is going to jump in. Remember when Congress had to declare war first? He openly threatened the leader of Iran with death, claiming we know where he is to the centimeter. He has no clue about operational security or anything else for that matter.
According to Blundell, there are suspicions Trump needs a catheter to control his incontinence. There are reports that he stinks, to put it bluntly.
Trump has managed a trifecta. He’s mentally, physically, and morally unfit to serve. The people around him know it — but they’re too busy using him to care. He was always lazy and uncurious, but it’s reached new depths.
Trump’s performance at the G7 meeting and early departure alarmed other world leaders. Canadian host PM Mark Carney had to end a press session early when Trump started going off the rails. Blundell has it covered.
Health and Cognition Speculation Mounts
…Trump’s turbulent G7 showing has now kicked already rampant health speculation into overdrive. Was this just a bad day, or evidence of a deeper decline? Many noted that the 78-year-old Trump visibly struggled in ways he hadn’t before. Public opinion polls taken shortly after the summit found that almost half of Americans believe Trump hasn’t been transparent about his health, and 31% think his age and health are severely affecting his ability to do the job.
Even some experts are speaking out. Dr. Jennifer Mercieca, a prominent rhetoric expert, observed that Trump’s recent “rambling speeches” and stream-of-consciousness answers are classic signs of “potential cognitive decline”, citing how frequently he loses his train of thought and confuses basic facts in public. Such moments, once rare, have become increasingly common.
Trump and his loyalists, of course, deny any issues. The White House physician recently pronounced the president “fully fit” after a physical, and Trump himself bragged, “I got every answer right” on a cognitive test he took earlier this year. But such assurances now ring hollow to many. Even some inside his circle are reportedly worried. According to leaks, top aides have quietly discussed how to handle an “off-script” Trump in high-stakes settings, with one official privately comparing the G7 episode to “walking a tightrope with no net and a catheter”.
And we thought it was bad when we learned a depressed Richard Nixon was wandering around the White House drunk out of his mind during Watergate…
Good thing we have a stable genius in charge now, right?
