Lou Dobbs is an idiot and he should be booted off CNN for his obsession with President Obama's Birth Certificate. How can we "trust" CNN when it promotes right-wing fantasies ?

The RNC, the McCain Campaign, Fox news, Talk Radio etc. is pushing the Obama-Ayers link fanatically. The right is instructing millions of their supporters to mass email the mainsream media to get them to trash Obama with complete rubbish. We know that this stuuf is crap but millions of Americans believe it - looks at all the screams of " terrorist, kill him" directed at Obama at McCain- Palin rallies this week.

We progressives cannot allow the right to steal another Presidential Election. McCain and Palin have their own extremist connections.

The Wall Street Journal(the Republican bible now owned by Rupert Murdoch) has just ran the following piece in its online blogs : " Obama Ad to Highlight McCain’s Involvement in "Keating Five" Scandal".
Fair enough. What was surprising is the readers reaction to the article
(see below for full details)given that this site is now operated by the same people who run Fox News. Steve Doocy wouldn't let his guest mention the Keating 5 recently and his mike was immediately cut on Fox recently.

Why are readers of the Wall Street Journal turning against McCain ? And is it only a once off or a genuine trend amongst sections of the Republican base (wealthy fiscal conservatives) ?
Does anyone have an answer ?
