on the design tab in BeerSmith, as there doesn't seem to be a freestyle selection. I'm not calling it a Belgian Strong Dark Ale. It's a What If? experiment conjured up for the occasion of my brew #666. I couldn't do just something ordinary for that.
Whatever it is, it will be strong, dark, luscious, and hoppy (maybe like one of those French lop-eared rabbits), and it's the world's best example of its kind. I only regret that the weather will be hot by the time it is at its peak condition, and that it wasn't a ten gallon all-grain batch. But it's just a starting point. The next one will be better. That's it, i could put a bunny in the next one for an Easter beer, maybe a chocolate bunny. But probably not this year.
