    Yes, he's birthright-eligible to be an American citizen, because his mother was a citizen, but unlike Obama, he wasn't born in the US or a US territory (there's some question about whether McCain was actually born in the US-controlled parts of Panama or in the local civilian hospital.)  Barry Goldwater was born in Arizona before statehood, but it was still US territory.  Canada's definitely not.

    The fact that he's a dual citizen isn't Constitutionally a problem.
