Dan Shimkus</a> and <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IAaDVOd2sRQ">Michele Bachmann</a> said so. In fact, the "CO2 is plant food" meme can bring up 48,000 hits on Google. So rising CO2 should be good for plants, right? Because a conservative argument with a patina of science just can't be wrong. Just a couple of little flies in the ointment: land plants are dying as CO2 rises. And oceanic plants are dying as CO2 rises, too.
