Let me summarize.</p> <ol><li value="1"> The Obama Administration awarded Race to the Top federal funding to Delaware and Tennessee today, specifically citing the cooperation of all segments of the education community as a priority in reform efforts. &nbsp;They told all states that they must include teachers, parents, local school boards, and unions in the formation of their plans.
