I wrote a diary about how the war on women back in the 50's 60's and 70's was horrible  Know you place diary and yes in just one week , the attack is horrible.  I am not shocked at what the Rush anal cyst said, he just said what the extreme right wing thinks.  He is full of hate speech as well as the Haters on the right.  I used to think the right wing got their talking points from Rush , now I wonder.  With the likes of Beck and Hannity, I think they just amplify the real feelings of people like Limbaugh.  In one week we had a 50/48
vote on the Blunt amendment ( way too close)  and many right wingers defending
Rush and even tepid comments from the leadershipe of the GOP.  We have sponsors pulling ads, (thank Goodness) women walking out of committe meetings and Rush Limbaugh calling women sluts.   In just one week we had a federal judge send  a racist  joke via email about the president and yes it was also a slam on women, referring to the fact his mother was a dog or had intimate relations with one. THE LADY IS DEAD and the President of the United States's mother !   They have gone off the track and completely into loony land.  It is no longer up to women anymore.  We need teachers, Rabbi's, ministers, and people in every walk of life to speak to your neighbors and everywhere you go at how hatefilled and abusive the Tea party crowd has becomed and giving this country a black eye.
Remind the so called religious folks that doing nothing under their own beliefs is a sin of ommission.  There has to be some accountability from mean ugly mouthed talking heads to federal judges.  The first of the month I spend two solid days bill paying and I have talked to total strangers, (women) about the contraceptive and abuse the GOP has thrown in the face of women.  I did not meet one woman who agreed with the Blunt amendment.  Women sitting in an automative shop, to the beauty shop, were angry.  There was a card carrying republican male who told me he would vote republican when they raised Barry Goldwater from the dead.
Just get out there and do it.  Talk to your neighbors, and family members and I say,
those that lean right, ask them how they defend this outrage.  They can't.  I usually ask a family member, are you using your aspirin correctly and that generally kicks the conversation off.   This is this week's news but it should be a reminder from here on out.  This is the GOP's GD America moment.  This one hurts all women.  The GD America of Reverand Wright was the opinion of one man that did not affect millions of women.   It was crude but it didn't affect the lives of families everywhere.  I am not taking up for Rev Wright but I am saying this attack on women is far more damaging.

How weak does it speak of the GOP leadership to say things like, "Not the language I would have used".  Oh my.  That was rough.  They should have held up their fingers and told Rush...In his face.  You are a disgrace and should be off the airwaves.  Why they didn't?  They believe his rhetoric IMO, not because he is the leader of jack shit.
They believe women are second class citizens.  I think people should be talking to these so called leaders women staff members.  Every time you see that Limbaugh jumping up and down....Picture him doing it on the backs of women.

Get out there and just do it !  Stand up and Talk back !  If the GOP had it's way, this is the vow your daughters and granddaughters will soon be taking.
