TUNCH, Kitteh of Balloon Juice, has died (with updates)

A sad sad day.

The famous Tunch, John Cole's very fat kitteh and mascot of the Balloon Juice blog, has been killed.

UPDATE: Here is the link to MARC. John Cole is asking for donations there in honor of Tunch. It's a great pet rescue group.

This comes after getting confirmation earlier today that the great Balloon Juice commenter, General Stuck, indeed has passed away.

I think he will like knowing that Tunch made the rec list on DKos.

Tunch truly was a marvelous, sweet and loving cat.
