A Critical Challenge for Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders

Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders are about to face the biggest test of their leadership qualities and commitment to the cause of a democratic government for their beloved country.

If the power of both their constituencies is merged, it can be enough to win the presidency and elect sufficient members of congress to enable a badly needed political revolution to move forward.  If either Hillary or Bernie is willing to step back, allow their fellow candidate to take the lead, and encourage their own hopeful supporters to rally behind a comprehensive plan, together they can elect a well qualified leader and an effective supporting cast.

Anything less than such strategic cooperation will lead to disaster because the total of votes cast by either group will not be enough to win and support the changes that are needed.  At best, Hillary might capture the presidency and then be rendered powerless by other officeholders beholden to their dark money patrons like the Koch Brothers.  However, this would actually be a win for the opposition because with such an impasse locked in, the 1% will prosper and the 99% will continue to be subjugated until they are fully enslaved and their troublesome voice is silenced for good.
