My menu tonight features Bat Week leftovers from another diary I wrote and haven’t published yet. So I’m offering the leftovers before the dish is served. The diary I wrote for tonight is on hold due to technical issues at home thus I’m using what is on hand. Consider this preamble to the bat diary I’ll publish Friday.

And about why the leaf.
Plus facts about bats and their lives.
Such as their behaviors.
How many live together.
Ecosystem values of bats.
How cute they are.
The diary-meal I’ve not served yet has nothing too creepy in photos (one potential creepy truth in text though).
The point is to convince you that bats are not to be feared any more than cows.
And that we should share life with bats (although I’m not asking anyone to use this girl as your role model).
