A Question for the Forced Birth Crowd

The forced birther view on abortion is that the rights of an unborn fetus to continue developing outweigh the rights of a woman to bodily autonomy. If that is your actual belief, then it stands to reason that if I need a kidney donated I am welcome to yours whether you want to give it or not, right? I mean, if a collection of cells that has the potential to develop into a human has rights to use my body whether I want it to or not, surely a mostly functional adult human with thoughts and feelings and so on has a right to life that trumps your interest in keeping your spare organs. It seems pretty straightforward.
