help??? How to start a Blog

Ok. I have nothing but total respect for Kossacks. So thats why I'm coming to you for help. Advice. Cousel. Wisdom. Thoughts...dreams.

Simply put: I want to start a blog.

However, I am technologically challenged. Kinda like I am spelling-challenged, or grammar-challanged, but worse.

Any advice for how to get one started? Thanks all.
