Way back when it looked like a two man race between Dean and Clark, many of the Dean supporters argued one reason Dean was more electable than Clark was that Dean had not accepted matching funds, meaning he'd be able to spend as much as he wanted.
Now that we really do have a two man race, many of the Dean supporters have switched their support to Edwards, and not to Kerry--even though Kerry has not accepted matching funds and Edwards has.
What gives?
I live in CA where for the first time (ever?) we will have an impact on the primaries, I am undecided between Edwards and Kerry, and I am wondering how much Edwards' spending limitation will impact his electability.
