We Kossacks are quite good at criticizing both Bush and Kerry on they should their jobs.

Lets take a moment, reflect on the major issues of the day, and think how we would tackle the major issues if you were to mysteriously and magically become President on January 20, 2005.

Here are some of the things that I would do:

Repeal or overturn every single Executive Order (EO) of the previous administration that relates to the Environment.
Gut the EPA of any Republican or Bush Administration official. Perform a review of every single action the EPA took over the last four years. Discover wrongdoing. Prosecute former Administration officials.
Repeal Bush Administration EO relating to talking about abortions in overseas American clinics.
Issue a Declaration that 9/11 was both an attack by Al-Queda and a failure by our intelligence services. In the same declaration, dispel the notion that Iraq had anything to do with the war on terror.
Publicly meet with Richard Clarke (who is not part of my administration) and use his theories in the war on Terror (as seen is his last chapter in "Against All Enemies" titled "Right War, Wrong War")
Perform the complete reorganization and reform of the National Security Administration and the Central Intelligence Agency.
Survive Assasination attempt.
Fire Michael Powell, Chairman of the FCC. Repeal any and all fines issued by FCC from February 1, 2004 on. Give televised national address from the Oval Office about the virtues of personal and parental responsibility vs. the freedom of speech and the openness of our society. I tell the parents of America to change the channel and know what their children are watching because the government cannot and will not babysit their children.
I would call a world wide peace summit on Terrorism in the Middle East, the Israeli-Palenstinian conflic, and Iraq.
I would suspend all aid to Israel and the PLO until Ariel Sharon resigns and Yassir Arafat not only steps down as Chairman and leaves the West Bank and Gaza.
I would transfer political oversight and control of Iraq to the UN. I would establish a World Bank / WTO / OPEC joint venture that will monitor and award contracts to corporations helping to rebuild and maintain Iraq and to pump oil.
Have NATO take over as the security force for Iraq.
Rotate out all current forces in Iraq, and replace them with our divisions in Europe.
I would establish a new Humantarian doctrine for our foreign aid and military involvement. Foreign Aid is to be tied to the interests and needs of sovereign nations and their region, rather than to the geopolitical hegemony interests of the US. Does your nation need medicine, hospitals, doctors, nurses? Schools and teachers? Modern agricultural methods and equipment? Industrial means, methods, facilities? We will support that with money, with expertise, and with trained American citizens. Because you need it and can use it. No strings attached. We will no longer support ruthless, brutal, murderous dictators around the world. We will put the ones we currently support on notice that UN observers and auditors are on the way in, that cooperation is required, and that lack of cooperation, or human rights violations, or lack of balanced books will result in pressure for you to abdicate. We will do everything in our power to have you stripped of your Swiss bank accounts, too.
The US would be back in Kyoto and other global warming conventions.
The US would be back in the World Court.
I would have weekly press conferences.
I would introduce legislation that repeals Bush's three tax cuts. I would declare that we will be instituting a broad and complete tax reform where the end result would be a progressive flat tax that would be devoid of itemized deductions and corporate loopholes.
Executive Order: Every corporation doing business in the United States will be subject to the income tax based upon its earnings during the tax year.
I would introduce legislation repealing the Medicare / Medicaid Bushdoggle bill and convene a star studded commission to reform Social Security and Medicare. I would also allow the importation of cheaper Canadian drugs.
