This cartoon sums up everything wrong with GW Bush. He was asleep at the wheel, and his complaint was that he was tired of swating a flies? If he'd tried to swat a little, he may have hit on something, and at least it's the effor that counts.

What the administration can't explain is their total lack of effort!
