March numbers in parens.
Bush 46% (49)
Kerry 43% (38)
Nader 4% (?)
In March Kerry was back by 11%, now he's only back by 3% and the poll includes Nader at 4%.
Las Vegas Review-Journal conducted the poll.
The presidential race in Nevada has tightened significantly and is beginning to reflect its national status as a battleground state. The Republican ticket of George Bush and Dick Cheney led the Democratic ticket of John Kerry and John Edwards 46 percent to 43 percent.
Seven percent were undecided, and four percent went for Ralph Nader, who's heading the independent ticket. The new numbers are significantly closer than a similar poll conducted in March, which showed Bush up 49 percent to 38 percent over Kerry with 9 percent undecided.
Internals seem to be here. Bush has a slight edge with Independents, but Nader is taking 8% of them.
