Is Laura Bush a Chain-Smoker?

I work in a major news media outlet here in Los Angeles. Yesterday a Producer said he heard from some friends that Laura Bush is a chain smoker - but when she was a guest on one of our shows back in 2000, the segment producer said he doesn't recall anything to that effect?

Can anyone clear this up?
