Simple Things You Can Do To Drain Dubya's Dollars

In a below diary, someone suggests going to Dubya's website and watching his ads over and over again to drive up his bandwidth costs, which make me wonder: what are some simple things we can do to cost George Bush a shitload of money?  I'm told there's a way to get packets from his office with bumperstickers and the like in them.  Anyone else have suggestions?
