"Senator John Kerry says he still doesn't know if he'll vote to confirm Secretary of State designate Condoleezza Rice."

Ok, Why do I have a problem understanding this statement.

"Kerry cited concerns over the administration's Iraq policies."

Oh, there are some "Concerns" about Iraq? Some Concerns???

He says his reservations are "not personal in any way whatsoever, but they do go to the story and trail of the last four years."

Why oh why do we try to be so unoffensive? Iraq is a crapped-bed and the cleaning lady is not paid enough to deal with such eventualities. This bed sheet needs to be hoisted up the flag pole for all to see, not pondered upon. If Kerry can even hope to be a real candidate in '08 he needs to come out swinging. His statement yesterday where he finally decided to proclaim voter disenfranchisement was about 6 weeks late.
