Joe Lieberman....He's a what?

It's time for Joe Lieberman to finally step up and admit what most of us have known for a very long time. He's in the closet...no,no,no, not that one. He's a closet judeo-christian Republican fundamentalist. I am soooo tired of his mournful speeches on the floor of the Senate. It is truly sick-making. His self-rightiousness and literal holier-than-thou attitude matches Jerry Falwell stroke for stroke.

So here's the deal. Joe being a man of principle and conscience can make the switch without upsetting the peoples' choice of representative. Poor mournful Lincoln Chafee (who is also in the closet...whatever) decides to switch his party affiliation and Joe's his. Neaty-peatey! No shift in the balance and everyone gets to sleep with the partner of their choice.
