While both candidates are on record in favor of redistricting, Crowley has been offering slightly more energetic support, Democratic aides said. Schakowsky may need to walk a finer line because Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich (D) appears to be lukewarm to the idea.

Another Democratic governor, Illinois's Rod Blagojevich, is up for re-election in 2006 and may not want the distraction of redistricting.
Apparently, Blagojevich and Richardson have no problems with a corrupt U.S. House that is at war with working Americans. As long as these two men are able to avoid "very partisan" fights over redistricting, lower and middle-class Americans and their fellow Democrats can go fuck themselves.
