Gays and brains...or What We Already Knew (poll)

In the "Duh" category this week comes this story off the AP, and covered on Good Morning America this morning, that there "seems to be" some biological involvement in sexual orientation.

Seems that they studied images of the brains of straight men, straight women and homosexual men when they were exposed to the pheromones of another person. A portion of the brains of the straight males "lit up" when exposed to the estrogen elements, while the brains of the straight women lit up when exposed to the testosterone elements in the pheromones.

The brains of the gay males responded identically to that of the straight women: they lit up when exposed to the testosterone elements of the pheromones.

I was surprised and pleased to see this covered on Good Morning America. I can imagine Red America choking on their coffee and biscuits at this news.

It will be interesting to see how quickly the likes of Robertson, on his 700 Club and Dobson through the Focus on the Family website, debunk this as junk science and part of the Homosexual Agenda.
