Bush and his Republican rubber-stampers have spent roughly half a
trillion dollars (that's $500,000,000,000.00! Consider one million dollars. That's a sum most of us can't fathom in terms of the work required to generate it, or the things it could buy. Consider half of that, or five hundred thousand dollars. That's still something outside the reach of most working people in the US, an amount they'd be lucky to get a loan for on a 30 year mortgage for a home. Now multiply those two unfathomables together, and you get $500,000,000,000.00. That's how much we've spent on the Iraq fiasco.) to place us in the
LOSE-LOSE quagmire that our own CIA says has worsened the terrorism threat against the US. And Bush has the stupidity to ask the voters to consider who will keep them safer when they make their decision in November? How do the reporters at his press conferences keep from doubling over with laughter?
Are there any other countries that these bozos are thinking of invading before they say "oops, sorry, I guess we were wrong about our initial assessments as to the threat you posed."? WOULD IT NOT BE WISE TO MAKE SURE THAT WHOEVER IS IN CONGRESS THIS TIME EXERCISES ITS CONSITUTIONAL AUTHORITY TO MAKE SURE DUBYA DOESN'T RECKLESSLY SQUANDER ANOTHER HALF-TRILLION (that we don't have but will have to borrow from the Chinese or maybe the Saudis)?
CAN AN ELECTION DECISION GET ANY PLAINER AND SIMPLER THAN THE ONE WE ARE ABOUT TO MAKE?
YOU ARE EITHER WITH US OR AGAINST US NOW. EITHER YOU ARE WITH BUSH AND THE TERRORISTS, OR YOU ARE WITH THE DEMOCRATS.
WHAT'LL IT BE?
