Good News Roundup?

As most of us know, the GOP/Media Complex in the US has for years downplayed/ignored the good things that Democrats do, while shining bright spotlights on things, real or imagined, that make Democrats or progressives of any sort look bad. This tends to breed cynicism and apathy among progressives, as because they figure that if the media isn't reporting it, then it's not happening.

Are there any "Good News Roundups" that we can use to help spread the word and fight the corrosive cynicism that keeps people from acting effectively? If there aren't, can we create one here on DKos?

I'm thinking along the lines of a weekly news roundup. We can then take the news we find and a) distribute it to our acquaintances, and b) provide it to groups like the Rapid Response Network to present to the media (and perhaps get them to cover more Dem/Prog-positive stories). C-Span junkies, unite!
