dKosopedia upgrade done

Ok. The dKosopedia software upgrade is done. There are many differences. First, it looks very different. This is purely cosmetic, and at some point we can create an orange skin for those who really want one.

But that's not the most important thing. The new version of the MediaWii software contains a number of anti-spam measures. I've implemented one of them, and it works, but we have the ability to implement some Very Serious Anti-Spam algorithms if needed.

The other major change is that the URL format has changed. Where dKosopedia used to use URLs of the form www.dkosopedia.com/index.php/Article_Name it now follows the Wikipedia standard and uses www.dkosopedia.com/wiki/Article_Name. You'll be redirected to the correct page, but your bookmarks will be incorrect until you change them. peeder has changed the Scoop shortcut code, which should take effect shortly.
