The next Wednesday, he spent about 5 or so minutes pleading the fifth (apparently) in front of the grand jury investigating the scandal. Not a shameless plug, but I know nothing about HTML and the links are both important and amusing. There is a fairly large scandal brewing in KY and I think it's about to get much worse. Hall was a political appointee whose previous appointment was to appoint political appointees. The scandal right now concerns merit system abuses, so one wouldn't think it would apply to political appointees. As far as that goes, I would assume a political appointee would have to have some qualification. Many seem to not have had qualifications.
Please help me bring this out into the national news.
