BC04 Wasted $3.6 Million

A coworker of mine attended a class that had a Republican pollster as a guess lecturer.  Apparently, BC04 spent $3.6 million dollars making and testing negative advertisements....on HOWARD DEAN.  These were just anti-Dean ads, and obviously, BC04 won't need to use them.

Managing their campaign like they are managing the economy.

This campaign might be easier than I think it'll be.
